***GRATUITY & GROCERIES***
There is gratuity to the staff (chef, butler, housekeeper, laundry attendant and pool man/groundskeeper) Booking one (1) to four (4) bedrooms your staff will consist of a chef, housekeeper and pool man/groundskeeper; booking five (5) to seven (7) bedrooms your staff will consist of a chef, butler, housekeeper, laundry attendant and pool man/groundskeeper.
Gratuity is 15% of total booking which would be: EXAMPLE: $5714.28 x 15% = $857.14 this is the break down: Chef 25%, Butler 20%, Housekeeper 20%, Pool man/groundskeeper 20%, Laundress 15% so the $857.14 is divided like this: chef 25% = $214.28; butler 20% = $171.43; housekeeper 20% = $171.43; pool man/groundskeeper 20% = $171.43; laundress 15% = $128.57. If your group feels they want to give more for the gratuity because the services from one or more staff members deserves more, than please feel free to do so.
*** Groceries (meats, seasoning, vegetables, desserts, beer, wine, water, napkins - paper towels, dish washing soap, laundry soap, all the items and foods your group would like is provided by your group). We simply supply the basic toiletries. We can pre-purchase your first day of groceries and when you arrive you will be handed a receipt of the groceries you requested.
***DESTINATION VENUE***
FOR A DAY TO REMEMBER, GO BEYOND THE PICTURES ON THE WEBSITE AND COME AND MAKE YOUR WEDDING DAY, HONEYMOON OR PARTY A REALITY. NOW IS THE PERFECT TIME TO PREPARE. WE GIVE YOU 8 HOURS FOR YOUR EVENT AND CHARGE $200.00 PER HOUR AFTER THE 8 HOURS.

ONE TO TWENTY-FIVE GUESTS (1-25) EVENT CHARGE - $425.00
TWENTY-FIVE TO FIFTY GUESTS (25-50) EVENT CHARGE - $650.00
FIFTY TO SEVENTY-FIVE GUESTS (50-75) EVENT CHARGE - $875.00
SEVENTY-FIVE TO ONE HUNDRED GUESTS (75-100) EVENT CHARGE - $1000.00

***TRANSPORTATION WEEKLY RATE***
12-passenger van & driver = $875 per week
15-passenger van & driver = $1200 per week
5 passenger & less van & driver = $750 week
For minimum of 4 days, 12-passenger van & driver is $135 per day, bus arrives at airport with full tank of gas/petrol, all gas/petrol is the guest responsibility (except on complimentary trip), bus must be back on full tank prior to departure.
The $135.00 per day is for local Montego Bay outings, Negril, Ocho Rios are separate charges.
If you book for the week, than one complimentary trip to Negril, or Ocho Rios is included in the weekly charge.
Airport transfers: $80.00 Round Trip for
1- 4 passengers ($10.00 each additional person one way, $20.00 Round Trip) ***Gratuity to the driver is fifteen (15%) commission.
